Founded in 2013, EV International is an established manufacturer of high-quality steam generators, with production based in one of the largest factories in Europe, located in Albairate, Milan, Italy. The company enjoys the trust of over 150,000 satisfied clients and operates in more than 40 countries worldwide. All business operations are managed from the company’s headquarters in Sofia, Bulgaria.
Our partnership with EV International began back in 2017, when the company entrusted us with its full legal servicing—a trust that continues to this day.
One of our most significant joint projects started in 2021, when the client approached us regarding the acquisition of a strategic property in the area of Ring Mall and IKEA in Sofia. A brokerage agency had initially been engaged, but it quickly became clear that the complexity of the case required a much deeper level of legal expertise and active coordination, going well beyond the standard scope of brokerage services. At that point, we assumed a leading role in the process.
The case involved a property with over 40 heirs who were not acquainted with one another, combined with multiple urban planning issues and disputes with the municipal authorities. Within less than a year, we managed to resolve all legal and regulatory obstacles, identify and coordinate the different branches of heirs, structure a secure transaction and payment framework, and ultimately bring the process to a successful transfer of ownership—effectively taking over the organizational aspects of the transaction as well.
We then continued to support EV International in the next key phase—the legal preparation for the commencement of construction, including the drafting of construction agreements.
Last week marked the groundbreaking ceremony and blessing of the company’s future headquarters—an important milestone resulting from years of consistent work, trust, and strong partnership.
