New legal framework for EU funds management and spending

The new European Structural and Investment Funds Management Act creates new national institutional framework that regulates the provision of financial support through free grants. Special rules for determining of contractors, as well as rules for verification and certification of eligible costs for payments and financial corrections are furthermore regulated with the new legislative act.
